The bylaws that govern the Division of Biochemistry and Chemical Biology were amended and the amendments approved as of September 5, 2023.

The Division’s Officers meet twice yearly, normally during the Spring and Fall meetings of the American Chemical Society, to discuss and act upon issues that are important to our members. The Executive Committee also regularly holds virtual meetings to ensure that progress is consistently made on these issues.
